I’m particularly looking forward to Connor’s (Senior User Researcher; BetterUp) talk on democratizing research. I have always been in situations where I was the sole UX researcher on the team, so this is particularly helpful for me. Also, I’m a big fan of Luke Wroblewski, he’s written many books on strategic design and UX design that have helped me grow as a design researcher. His talk is on how AI enables different ways of interacting with web sites.
